What to expect

Pick your time

Sunset for cinematic. Sunrise for quiet. Ed confirms the exact time once he sees the forecast.

Reserve with a deposit

A deposit holds your date. No questionnaire, no mood board. Just tell Ed the occasion.

Show up and enjoy it

Just be with each other. Ed handles the light, the timing, all of it. Feels like a walk on the beach.

Questions about couples sessions

We're not comfortable being photographed. Will that show?

Almost always, no. Ed doesn't ask you to pose — he gives you things to do together and catches what happens. Most people forget the camera's there.

Is this only for romantic couples?

Not at all. Any two people — partners, best friends, siblings. Same approach: natural interaction, real chemistry, great light.

What should we wear?

Coordinate, don't match. Soft neutrals and ocean tones. Skip loud patterns and bright white. What you'd wear to a nice beach dinner.

How many images will we receive?

Every keeper — typically 60–100, fully edited. Private gallery, full download + print rights, 5–7 day turnaround. Nothing held back.

Can we book a couples session and then upgrade to an engagement session?

They're basically the same session. Planning a proposal? See the engagements page. Already engaged? Just mention it. No separate rate tier.
