What to expect

Pick your time

Reach out with your date and a brief description of what you're planning — proposal, engagement session, elopement, intimate wedding ceremony. Ed takes on a limited number of each type each season. The earlier you reach out, the more likely he is to have your date available. Golden-hour timing is confirmed closer to the date based on conditions.

Reserve with a deposit

Engagement and wedding pricing is discussed directly — no published rate card, because every situation is different. Ed will ask about the scope, the day, and what matters most to you before naming a number. A deposit holds the date once you've agreed on the terms. He'll be in touch with everything you need to know before the session or ceremony day.

Show up and enjoy it

Be present in the moment. Ed handles every technical and logistical element on the day. Your job is to experience what's happening; his job is to capture it. Every edited image — ground and drone where applicable — arrives in your private gallery within a week of the session or ceremony.

Can Ed photograph a surprise proposal?

Yes — and they're some of his favorites. Ed positions discreetly, captures the moment as it happens, then the celebration after.

What kinds of weddings does Ed photograph?

Intimate beach ceremonies and elopements. Ed takes a few couples each season so each one gets his full attention.

Does Ed offer drone coverage for weddings and engagements?

Yes — aerial coverage is available for engagements and weddings. Ask about adding it when you reach out.

How far in advance should we book for a wedding date?

For weddings, as early as you can — Ed books limited dates each season and they go fast.

Is a separate engagement session possible before the wedding?

Absolutely. Many couples do an engagement session first, then the wedding. Mention it and Ed will plan both.
