Every image in this gallery was photographed on the Gulf Coast of Florida — Panama City Beach, 30A, Destin, and the surrounding Emerald Coast. The light here is distinctive: the white quartz sand reflects it upward, the water filters it green-blue, and golden hour on the Gulf turns everything warm in a way that's hard to replicate anywhere else.
Ed doesn't direct poses. He creates conditions — the right location, the right time of day, a relaxed atmosphere — and lets real moments emerge. Most clients say afterward that the session felt more like a walk on the beach than a photo shoot. That's deliberate. It's a skill that took 35 years on professional film sets to develop.
A few frames here were made farther afield — in Little Exuma, Bahamas, around The Exuma Outpost at Forbes Hill, where the water turns the same impossible turquoise as the Gulf at home.
